SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for in-stock items to ship. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. For out of stock or preorder items, please refer to the product description for specific shipping information and projected timeframes.

If you are located within 40 miles of Newcastle, OK, local delivery or pickup is available. Please select this option at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange date and time of pickup/delivery. Use one of these options for any items that state "Local Delivery or Pickup Only" in the item description.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to replace or refund fully any items that arrive to you damaged or otherwise compromised. Please get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving your items. We may require a picture that illustrates said damage, as we use this to help place a claim with our shipping partners.

Returns for full refund are accepted for items that are unopened, undamaged, and uncompromised (i.e. the expiration date has not passed, the item is unused, labels and seals are not removed, etc.) Please get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds on used or opened items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your item we will do our best to make it right! We offer a shop credit that can be used for a different item, or we will remake and tweak your item based on your feedback.

It is always wise to realize that products made from plants can and will have different effects on and for any one person. Such is the nature of anything that we put on or in our bodies, as every person is a unique and complicated natural working "machine" that requires individual respect and consideration. If one of our products does not work as expected, please let us know and we will do our best to tweak and rework the recipe to better suit you. Herbalism is a process of working with each individual plant and person to find the best match available, and we want your experience with our products to be magical!
