Nourish Tea Blend

Skin & Spirit loose herbal teas are prepared from plant material that is either grown by me using organic growing practices, or sourced from a reputable, organically certified & sustainably aware company. Blends are crafted by hand in small batches, and thoughtfully created to offer you the opportuni-tea to enjoy a sip of plant synergy.  Our teas are packaged in 2 ounce resealable bags for you to enjoy over and over again.

All of our Skin & Spirit food items are created under the Oklahoma Homemade Food Freedom Act, and therefore are only available for sale and delivery within the state of Oklahoma. 

All items in our Pop-Up Shop category are produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection. These products may contain allergens.
