Preferred brewing method- For a rich hot chocolate brew: Use approx. 2 TBSP herb per 4 oz. milk, almond milk, or soy milk. Warm gently on the stove, stirring constantly, until hot but not scalded. Remove from heat. Steep for about 5 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer into your cup. Sweeten to taste.
For a tea brew: Use approx. 2 TBSP herb per 4 oz. hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain herb and sweeten to taste.
